  • Founder

Lauren is a licensed beauty professional with over 16 years of experience working with luxury brands, high-end salons, and A-list clientele as a celebrity makeup artist. Her journey through the beauty industry has been dynamic—beginning with a lash and brow side hustle that quickly evolved into a thriving full-time business, all while managing a demanding freelance makeup career.

But it was her personal health journey—battling lipedema, MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome), and chronic acne—that became the catalyst for something more meaningful. Tired of surface-level solutions that didn’t address the root of how she felt, Lauren transitioned into esthetics with a renewed purpose: to create the kind of wellness-driven beauty studio she wished had existed when she needed it most.

Living with chronic illness reshaped her definition of beauty and wellness. She discovered the power of lymphatic massage—not just as a luxurious add-on, but as a deeply restorative, full-body beauty ritual that helped her feel more like herself again. When long days and persistent symptoms pushed her to her limits, she knew there had to be a better way—not just for her, but for others, too.

In 2024, Lauren spent six months studying with top lymphatic massage therapists, refining a method that combined technique, intuition, and beauty rituals rooted in intention. She then brought on and trained Breanna to help her deliver what she now calls the most renewing and beautifying treatment of her life—a signature experience designed to support circulation, glow, and self-connection from the inside out.

Today, Lauren offers a unique blend of lymphatic massage and esthetic services that are completely acne-safe and free from pore-clogging ingredients. Grounded in holistic Korean skincare principles and her own healing journey, her studio is a haven for those seeking radiant, sculpted, and balanced results—without sacrificing wellness for beauty. Through her work, she helps others feel better in their skin, reconnect with their bodies, and embrace a new standard of self-care that’s as transformative as it is indulgent.

  • Specialist

Breanna McGarry is passionate about women’s health, root-cause healing, and bridging the gap between internal wellness and outer beauty. Her work is shaped by lived experience and a desire to support others through a more holistic, intentional approach to care.

After moving to Nashville to pursue a career in the music industry, Breanna spent nearly five years in artist management. Over time, she felt pulled in a new direction—one that aligned more closely with her values of healing, connection, and service.

Eventually, she took a leap of faith, left the music world behind, and returned to school to become a licensed esthetician.

Breanna initially thought skincare and custom corrective facials would be her long-term focus. But after years of navigating her own acne and noticing recurring patterns in her clients, she realized that true healing often begins beneath the surface. That’s when she discovered naturopathy.

Working with a naturopath transformed Breanna’s skin and overall health, leading to a deeper understanding of how detoxification and the body’s internal systems work together to support long-term health.

During this time, she was introduced to lymphatic massage. The more she learned about the lymphatic system—how it influences digestion, immunity, inflammation, and skin—the more she knew this was her path. It combines everything she values: root-cause healing, hands-on care, and truly supporting women in their wellness journeys.

Clients often describe Breanna’s sessions as calming, restful, and restorative. Many say she has “healing hands”—a reflection of the care, intention, and presence she brings into each treatment. Her goal isn’t to be a quick fix, but to be a supportive part of each client’s overall wellness journey.

Here at SELF, her mission is to help women feel better in their bodies, support their healing process, and offer tools that complement the bigger picture—because real, lasting change happens from the inside out and takes time, intention, and the right support.
